Google (Places API), Facebook (Graph API), Yelp (Fusion API), WooCommerce product reviews and WordPress.org plugin or theme reviews, each on your own free API credentials. Everything else imports via CSV or JSON, and the built-in funnel collects first-party reviews directly on your site.
Those tools scrape platforms server-side, which is exactly why your reviews have to flow through their infrastructure. A self-hosted plugin can only promise what the APIs actually allow.
