Straight answers to the questions that decide whether Range Trust fits your site.

Which platforms sync automatically, and which import?

Google, Facebook, Yelp, WooCommerce and WordPress.org sync via their APIs with your own credentials. Everything else (Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, and the rest) comes in through CSV/JSON import, plus whatever you collect first-party through the funnel. We don't scrape: scraped integrations violate platform terms and break without warning, which is a poor foundation for something on your homepage.

Why do I only get five Google reviews per sync?

That is Google's API limit: five reviews per request, for everyone using the official API. Range Trust stores every review it sees and never deletes on sync, so the library accumulates well past five over time, and headers always show your true aggregate figures. See Google.

Does it work with caching plugins?

Yes, well. Widgets are ordinary server-rendered HTML, so page caches (WP Rocket, Cloudflare, host caches) cache them like any other content; there is no external JS that "breaks". Cached pages show reviews as of cache time, refreshed on the normal cache lifetime. The funnel's submission endpoint is a REST POST, which caches don't intercept.

Multisite?

Range Trust runs per-site: each site has its own sources, reviews and widgets, and each production domain needs its own licence activation.

What does a widget cost in performance?

One database query against an indexed table per widget render (plus one for the aggregate), no external requests, and one small CSS/JS pair loaded only on pages that render a widget. With a page cache in front, effectively nothing.

What happens if my licence lapses?

Nothing breaks. The plugin keeps working in full; you just stop receiving updates until a licence is active. See Licence.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes; see the terms on the purchase page. If the plugin doesn't fit, we would rather refund you than have you resent it.

Is review gating allowed?

Blocking unhappy customers from public review platforms violates Google's policies, and Range Trust doesn't do it in any mode. The funnel's smart mode only changes which option is emphasised; every customer can always reach the public platforms. See the funnel.
